What is the impact of project management falling away on the sustainability of the projects? I can see that having developers remain is critical to sustainability but it seems some aspects of sustainability would suffer in the model where there is no direct project management support.

having project management has certainly helped our bigger projects get more funding

SNL also does comparatively more WFO than other labs
